I have a genuine empathy for human beings and their rights. Assisting and coaching those disadvantaged in the community has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Tolerance, empathy, consideration, accommodations, moral values, and equal rights are essential for interacting with people with special needs. My empathy manifests as genuine understanding, respect, inclusion, and support for individuals to reach their full potential. I actively listen and demonstrate compassion.
