Nathaly Santisteban Francia

I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with a background in Physical Therapy, specializing in Pediatric Neurodevelopment and Geriatric Care. My career began in Peru, where I earned my degree in Physical Therapy and gained hands-on experience working with children in the Neurodevelopmental sector, focusing on psychomotricity.

Additionally, I provided care for elderly patients in a hospital setting, tailoring treatments to their specific needs and promoting their overall well-being. Over five years ago, I relocated to Toronto, Canada, where I studied Recreation Management in Gerontology at George Brown College.

This academic journey enhanced my ability to design and implement recreational programs that improve quality of life.

During my studies and practical training, I led recreational activities for older adults, incorporating music, art, poetry, and fitness programs to promote cognitive and physical health. My unique combination of skills in neurodevelopmental therapy for children and recreational management for the elderly allows me to create engaging, therapeutic environments that cater to diverse populations.

I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages achieve their fullest potential through personalized, evidence-based interventions and activities.
